Revelation: B-
There’s no shame in trying to recapture a magic moment, but there is some in not doing it well. In its heyday, Journey created some of the most beloved of FM staples. Now, with the help of Arnel Pineda, a Journey cover band vet and yet another vocal dead-ringer for Steve Perry (previous efforts from Jeff Scott Soto and Steve Augeri were also impressive), the aging band gamely tries to reclaim its mojo. Neal Schon’s arena-rock guitar sounds great on classic pop-metal blasts such as “Never Walk Away” and “Like a Sunshower.” But Jonathan Cain’s retro synth wreaks hideous havoc on several overwrought power ballads. Still, with a second disc of re-recorded classics and a live DVD also included, it’s not a bad deal at $12. Download: “Like a Sunshower.”

Coldplay 'Viva La Vida' Album Leaks Online
Unfortunately for Coldplay - or more unfortunately for their struggling label EMI - the band's latest album 'Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends' has leaked, before its release next week.
After a few songs appeared online earlier this month, the entire long-player is now circulating torrent sites and P2P networks - ahead of the June 12th release.
EMI, which has had a well-publicised struggle since being taken over by private equity firm Terra Nova last year, was counting on the album to sell well in order to regain some of their dwindling finances.
Earlier this year, EMI announced they were to cut 2,000 jobs.
